Statements made in right of reply are found in meeting records. 

In the United Nations Digital Libraryuse the subject term RIGHT OF REPLY and the country name to search for statements made in right of reply during the General Debate.

 

In addition, states sometimes submit letters that transmit statements made in right of reply. 

In the United Nations Digital Library, search for the expression "RIGHT OF REPLY" and filter by Letters and Notes Verbales on the left side.
