The plan of the partition of Palestine is included in resolution 181 (II) on future government of Palestine which was adopted on 29th November 1947.
Resolution 181 (II) was adopted based on the recommendations of Special Committee on Palestine:
- Report of the Special Committee
A/364 + Add.1 + Add.2 + Add.3 + Add.4 - Discussions during General assembly plenary meetings 124th to 127th
- Adoption during the 128th plenary meeting
- A/PV.128
- voting record for A/RES/181(II) in link below
Most of the documents of the Special Committee have been digitized and can be retrieved in UNISPAL.
