For historical records, the easiest way to access statements made at the general debate of the General Assembly is in Ask DAG where we have entered all the general debate statements for each country. Search for the name of the country to find the statements.
Meeting records of the General Assembly can take weeks before being officially released. During the general debate, speeches can be accessed (usually in the original language) through the General Assembly website. The Meetings Coverage & Press Releases website also provides summaries.
