The Dag Hammarskjöld Library has compiled 315 historic UN documents on this subject on the website The United Nations Security Council and Namibia

The documents cover the period from the Security Council's initial involvement in 1968 up to the country's independence and admission to the United Nations in 1990.  One can find resolutions and vetoed draft resolutions, presidential statements, meeting records, and reports and letters of the Secretary-General.

The Repertoire of the Practice of the Security Council also provides guidance on the actions of the Security Council related to Namibia under the agenda items "The question of South West Africa" (1966-1968) and "The situation in Namibia" (1969-1992).
