E-books can be accessed through the UN Library’s subscription electronic resources from any networked computer, mobile device, or laptop on the UN Headquarters wireless network.

Steps:

  1. Access the Library’s Subscription Electronic Resources page (link below)
  2. Select e-books from list in Resource Types box
  3. Choose a database
  4. In the search box, type in the book's information eg. “International Law” or the title, author or keyword.
  5. Retrieve the titles

Note: Not all e-books are customised for use with mobile devices.  The mobile icon shows those that available for mobile device access.

To borrow an e-book, the system may prompt you to create a user account. Contact the library for further assistance.
