The UN Website Member States  page lists the contact information for the Permanent Missions to the United Nations in New York. The Blue Book of Permanent Missions to the United Nations provides a detailed directory of the diplomatic missions in New York, listing the Ambassadors and other officers of each mission. The Library has the older issues in print. From 1995 on, the Blue Books are available online (search results)

Additionally, delegates can access contact information from the deleGATE's portal. The Delegates' Corner offers other relevant contacts.  Any Information requests about protocol should be addressed to the Protocol and Liaison Service.
