The League of Nations was housed in Geneva in the Palais des Nations. As a result, the UN Office at Geneva, housed in the Palais des Nations, continues to hold the League of Nations Archives. They have produced a resource guide on League of Nations Archives.

According to their website, "Between 2017 and 2022, the Institutional Memory Section of the UN Library & Archives Geneva realized a major five-year project to digitize the entire League of Nations archives: The Total Digital Access to the League of Nations Archives Project (LONTAD). Since end of 2022, all the documents are completely described and available on-line."

The Libraries in New York and Geneva have the documents and publications of the League of Nations. Many documents of the League were reproduced in the Official Journal.
